Super Falcons midfielder Jennifer Echegini from Paris Saint-Germain is being monitoring by Manchester City to sign the Nigeria international but The Women’s Super League champions have already seen several offers being rejected.
According to Tom Garry,The Guardian Sport women’s football writer City remain determined to secure Echegini’s services before the WSL transfer window closes tonight.
Echegini has developed into an important member of the Parisian side since joining the club in 2024.
PSG, however, are reluctant to part ways with the 25-year-old, who has one year left on her contract
The midfielder is familiar with English football, having spent part of her youth career with Charlton Athletic, Millwall and Arsenal. The Nigeria International joined PSG after one season with Juventus, where she enjoyed an impressive campaign, scoring 10 goals in 16 appearances
